Yes, payment plans are administrated by our payment partners, We Scan Tickets & Stripe -
Payments are automatically taken - the dates are provided during checkout. Any declined transactions are charged again 3 days later. After 5 attempts the tickets are cancelled and you will be informed to update your payment method and restart the payment plan.
Tickets are released once the final payment is made
If your plan defaults and is cancelled, the tent may be resold and we cannot guarantee availiability.

Toilets are close to glamping and included.
Showers are available on a pay-per-use basis - this is managed by the festival.

Requests may be accommodated only when both groups have booked the same size tent.
Please email us at festivals@hippiechicglamping.co.uk at least 14 days prior to the festival date, with the order numbers for all of the bookings (providing you have booked the same size tents) who would like to be allocated tents together - we will try to accomodate these requests but cannot guarantee it.

We cannot accomodate requests to be 'at the end of a row' or 'near the entrance'.

It may be possible to accomodate changes subject to a £15 admin fee and availiability of stock.
Changes cannot be made within 30 days of the event.

There is no power provided to individual tents.

If you require charging for a wheelchair or scooter, please email the festival directly.

Flames are prohibited within your tent.
You are welcome to bring camping cooking equipment providing that:
All flames/hobs/camping cookers are used outside of your tent, at a minimum of 2 metre distance for safety.
All cooking and flames must be placed on a fireproof surface off the ground.

Campfires are not permitted at any time within the glamping area or wider festival.

Dogs are not permitted anywhere within the festival site, this includes glamping.

No. You need to purchase festival tickets for all guests directly from the festival.
All glampers must have valid festival tickets. For any ticketing queries, please contact Summers End directly. We cannot assist with festival related queries.

Parking for one vehicle is included in your glamping booking.
We encourage ride shares to reduce the traffic locally & also the burden of parking on site.

If you do require another car, please contact Summers End directly to book this.

Your booking covers the entire weekend, and the price is the same whether you stay for one night or all three.

You may check in from 12noon on Friday
Check out is by 11am on Monday.
