There is a dedicated parking area close to glamping.
You need to purchase a car parking pass directly from the Lindisfarne Festival website. This is not included in your glamping booking.

Yes, payment plans are administrated by our payment partners, We Scan Tickets & Stripe -
Payments are automatically taken - the dates are provided during checkout. Any declined transactions are charged again 3 days later. After 5 attempts the tickets are cancelled and you will be informed to update your payment method and restart the payment plan.
Tickets are released once the final payment is made
If your plan defaults and is cancelled, the tent may be resold and we cannot guarantee availiability.

Yes, new for 2026; Glamping has it own dedicated showers and toilets - for glampers only - included in the price of your tent.
If you would like VIPee toilet access elsewhere in the festival you will need to purchase a wristband from www.lindisfarnefestival.com

Requests may be accomodated only when both groups have booked the same size tent.
Please email us at festivals@hippiechicglamping.co.uk with the order numbers for all of the bookings who would like to be allocated tents together - we will try to accomodate these requests but cannot guarantee it.

We cannot accomodate requests to be 'at the end of a row' or 'near the entrance'.

We may accomodate changes subject to a £15 admin fee and availiability of stock.
Changes cannot be made within 30 days of the event.

There is no power provided to individual tents at Lindisfarne Festival.
Our pamper tent offers a place to charge small devices - these are left at your own risk.
Bring your own plugs and cables.

If you require charging for a wheelchair or scooter, please email the festival directly.

Flames are prohibited within your tent.
You are welcome to bring camping cooking equipment providing that:
All flames/hobs/camping cookers are used outside of your tent, at a minimum of 2 metre distance for safety.
All cooking and flames must be placed on a fireproof surface off the ground.

Campfires are not permitted at any time within the glamping area.

While festivals don't suit all dogs, well-behaved dogs are welcome, as long as:

They’re NEVER left alone in your tent
You always pick up after them (because if you don’t… you're a terrible person and you deserve to step in it 😉)
They stay on a lead at all times — not everyone loves surprise hugs from a muddy pup 🐾
They’re friendly with other dogs, humans, and the odd Viking
They don’t sneak onto beds, or into pamper tents (unless they’ve mastered opposable thumbs 💅)
You bring everything they need (bowls, food, water, poop bags, blankets) so they’re comfy too.

Any damage to Hippie Chic property will incur additional charges - We will email you a form 6 weeks prior to the festival - please let us know whether you intend to bring a dog via this form.
